At NADC we offer one burger, one way. The burger consists of two 3 oz patties of Wagyu Beef, American Cheese, Secret Sauce, Onions, Pickles, and Slightly Tamed Jalapeños. Chef Phillip and Neen created a burger with perfect ratios and tang to counteract the fatty wagyu flavor. Creating a perfect bite, every time. The flavor of the patty sets it a part making it a truly unique experience. It pairs nicely with our twice fried fries, you can get them beast mode with cheese, secret sauce, topped with diced jalapeños and pickles and a dash of the special OG steak spices.

Not a Damn Chance Burger (NADC) is a wagyu cheeseburger collaboration between Professional Skateboarder Neen Williams and Michelin Starred Chef Phillip Frankland Lee of Sushi by Scratch Restaurants & Pasta Bar 

NADC Burger is looking for the next Front of House Manager to provide support to our Chicago based teams.

Management functions include purchasing, inventory control, beverage, and front of house labor control. Additional duties include recruiting, hiring, staff training, scheduling, cleanliness, and food safety. This position is responsible for submitting weekly invoices, and payroll hours bi-weekly. Work with a marketing team for off site events and assist with training and development of staff.
